1. What is the usual production time for my order?

Normal production time for most items is 3 to 5 working days. Large orders or custom designed pieces can take longer and will be quoted prior to the beginning of production. Please advise us of your specific event date. We will schedule production to allow ample time for you to pick up your awards or for shipping time for you to receive your awards a few days prior to that date. However, delays in artwork approval or shortened production time could result in the need for Priority shipping and/or Priority Service.

2.  Can I get my awards faster than 5 working days?

We do provide 3 levels of priority service which is available on any of our in stock items. Same Day Service- $50.00 Priority Service Charge per order Next Day Service- $35.00 Priority Service Charge per order 3rd Day Service- $20.00 Priority Service Charge per order * For Same Day Service, Order must be received by 10AM Mountain Standard Time. ** For Priority Service outside of local area, additional shipping charges would also apply.

3.  Do you offer any other services?

If you want a monthly or quarterly recognition program and want to preorder for an entire year, we will store your products and have them personalized and shipped to you in time for your next months presentation.

4.  What if I don't have good artwork??

We have a graphic artist on staff that can take your poor artwork and clean it up for your awards presentation. A one time artwork set up charge of $45.00 would apply.

5.  What is the charge for engraving?

All lettering for any product purchased through us is included. There is No Additional Cost for engraving. Some items (crystal, marble) may require a setup fee, which would be quoted to you at the time of the order.

6.  What methods of payment do you accept?
