Artwork is accepted on the following:

• PC formatted CD ROM
• PC formatted memory stick

We also accept artwork via e-mail with the following specifications.

Vector:
CDR (Corel Draw X3 or below) EPS or AI

Bitmap:
TIF (no lower than 300dpi – 600 dpi preferred) .jpg

We work in a PC environment and prefer formats in the following order:
.cdr, .eps, .ai, .tif, .jpg

Fonts: All fonts are to be converted to curves/ outlines/paths (vector). Or subject to substitutions.

Unacceptable Formats:
We are unable to achieve satisfactory results when artwork is submitted in the following formats:

• Word - .doc format
• Excel - .xls format
• Powerpoint . ppt format
• Web Graphics - .gif or .bmp formats

Graphics designed for use on the World Wide Web are not acceptable due to the low resolution typically used.

Hard Copy:
It is recommended that you provide a hard copy of the artwork and any special instructions with any digital file submitted. This will avoid any confusion. These can be faxed to us at (602)955-3065.

Please Note:
If the art provided is to be used for engraving or glass etching, it must be Black and White Line Art.

If your art is to imprinted in color, we must have a hard copy printout showing us the colors we are trying to match.All digital artwork submitted must meet our artwork requirements or your order may be delayed and additional artwork charges will be incurred.
